We offer the ability to capture dictation from your choice of the following:
Dictation is captured and uploaded to the E-Z Scribe server
where it is immediately available for transcription.
The voice file is immediately available for transcription.
The voice file is routed to a specific transcriptionist, who has
been assigned to work on your account, thereby ensuring the
highest quality work. The file is transcribed via a secure web
based connection, routed to QA, and then released to the client.
After transcription and QA, the report is immediately available for the client to review via any computer with an internet connection, with appropriate authentication and access control. Clients can review, edit, E-Sign, reject and print reports.
You select the method of final delivery:
Via Interface - with delivery directly into the patient’s medical record on client's HIS.
Automatic printing – on one or more printers.
Auto-fax – copy of report can be faxed automatically to referring physician(s), insurance company, etc.
