E-Z Scribe does have these options available to our clients, but we are aware that keeping our transcription services affordable is a very important factor. E-Z Scribe Medical Transcription Service therefore offers three Medical Transcription Plans. The client selects which plan would best suit their facility’s needs. All three plans offer the same high-quality transcription and the same high-quality customer service. The difference in the plans is based primarily on the specific technology your facility requires.

For all three plans ALL THE WORK IS TRANSCRIBED IN THE UNITED STATES. E-Z SCRIBE MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE DOES NOT SEND ANY WORK TO OVERSEAS COMPANIES.

ECONOMY MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION PLAN:

Features of the Economy Plan:

• Dictation called in via telephone (local phone line).
• Upload voice files to FTP site – link through E-Z Scribe web site (no software required).
• Download transcribed reports from  FTP site – link through E-Z Scribe web site (no software required).
• Standard 24-48 hour turnaround time.
• Verifiable billing.

Benefits of the Economy Plan:

The Economy Plan is cost effective yet still provides high-quality, dependable transcription.   However, if  your facility  requires additional features such as a toll free line, a shorter turnaround time, web acces to reports etc., please review our Standard Plan and Premier Plan.

Benefits of the Standard Plan:

The Standard Plan includes the services of the Economy Plan, as well as additional features listed above.  However, if  your facility  requires additional features such as full automation of the entire transcription process please review our Premier Plan. 

PREMIER MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION PLAN:

Features of the Premier Plan:

• Dictation called in via telephone (toll free line).  
• Upload files to E-Z Scribe server (no software required).
• Standard 24-hour turnaround time.
• Shorter turnaround time available on request (4-6 hours).
• Stat service also available (less than 2 hours).
• Access E-Z Scribe server from any computer with web access, with correct authentication.
• View, edit, print, e-sign reports on line.
• Fax reports to third parties (referring physician, insurance company, billing service) - additional charge for faxes.
• Auto-fax and auto-print features available.
• Interface E-Z Scribe server with your EMR/HIS System so that reports will go directly into the patient’s chart. This automates the entire process and reduces overhead by streamlining efficiency and eliminating the need for clerical staff to print and scan the reports into your EMR/HIS system.
